We start by connecting with local schools and centers that support special needs adults in communities across the country. These institutions help us identify candidates who are eager to learn and ready to contribute their unique talents to the workforce.
Once these candidates are identified, they are introduced to our hotel partners who are committed to fostering inclusive employment opportunities. Through collaboration with school job coaches and educators, we carefully match candidates with hotels that are ready to embrace them as part of their team.
Through meaningful work experiences, we help individuals build their self-esteem and confidence. Over the course of a 3-hour immersive experience, special needs adults are welcomed into a hotel environment where they get a behind-the-scenes tour, hands-on training, and direct exposure to various roles in the hospitality industry.
